Signal OS and your CRM

Different roles. One accountable sales workflow.

A CRM is the system of record for relationships and pipeline. Signal OS is the commercial real estate signal-to-action layer that investigates why an account may matter now before a person approves the next move.

A complementary category

Keep the CRM. Add the evidence-led “why now”.

Signal OS does not try to become a second all-in-one record system. It connects market change, account context, qualification and approval, then uses the deployed integration surface to support the team’s existing operating rhythm.

On a small screen, swipe or focus this table and use the arrow keys to compare both systems.

The combined workflow

Let each layer do the job it is designed to do.

The exact data path depends on the enabled connector and workspace configuration. The operating principle remains stable: evidence is qualified before it becomes customer-facing action.

CRM and data context

Start with what the team already knows

Existing account, relationship and provider data contributes context. It does not automatically establish a current buying moment.

Signal OS

Investigate the change

Connect attributable evidence to timing, relevance, stakeholders, contradictions and a governed next step.

CRM and execution systems

Record and execute the approved move

Use only the deployed integration behaviour, keep individual outbound communication human-approved and retain the decision trail.

Procurement questions

Where Signal OS stops—and the existing stack continues.

Does Signal OS replace HubSpot or another CRM?

No. Signal OS is positioned as an intelligence and orchestration layer alongside the CRM. The CRM remains the relationship and pipeline record.

Does Signal OS include Apollo or Lusha data?

No. Provider licences, allowances and terms remain separate. Apollo is catalogued for supported workflows on specified plans; this page does not claim a native Lusha connector.

Why not manage signals only in CRM fields?

A field can store a result. Signal OS keeps the source, assumptions, contradictions, qualification and approval history connected to that result.

Can Signal OS send without a person?

Individual customer-facing communication remains subject to human approval. Fixed system acknowledgements use separately approved templates.
