Terms of service
The terms for using the Signal OS website, trial and business workspace service. Your accepted order and any separately agreed terms describe the service you purchase.
Last updated 16 September 2026 · Revision 2026-09-16.v1Operator and business use
Signal OS is provided by SCIALO CONSULTING LTD, company number 16357294, registered at 1st Floor Spitalfields House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Herts, England, WD6 2FX. Our UK VAT number is 493809938.
Signal OS is designed for business use. When you accept an order on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that its business and billing details are accurate. A separately agreed order or agreement prevails over these general service terms where they conflict. Mandatory rights are not excluded.
The service and account responsibilities
Signal OS helps teams collect buying signals, examine supporting evidence and coordinate approved commercial work. Keep credentials confidential, assign appropriate workspace roles and promptly remove access that is no longer needed. Tell support@signaloshq.com about suspected unauthorised access.
You remain responsible for the information, connected systems and actions you authorise. We may restrict access proportionately to address security threats, unlawful use, non-payment or a material breach. Where appropriate, we will explain the issue and give an opportunity to resolve it.
Proof of Signal
The no-card Proof of Signal trial lasts 14 days from the first successful owner login and includes two operators, one active play and 1,000 one-time Intelligence Credits. Live outbound communication and paid top-ups are unavailable during the trial. One active trial is available per corporate domain unless we agree otherwise.
A trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. The plan and price must be accepted before a paid purchase.
Plans, users and connected services
Focus and Momentum offer monthly or annual billing; Command is sales-led and annually contracted. Prices apply per workspace. Operators can configure or carry out the actions permitted by their role. The plan states the included and maximum operator counts. Read-only viewers are available without an additional seat charge, subject to reasonable use and access restrictions.
Third-party CRM, mailbox, calendar, enrichment and data-provider licences or usage are not included unless an order expressly says so. Connecting a service does not transfer responsibility for its terms, permissions or charges to Signal OS.
Billing country, currency and tax
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for purchases through Paddle checkout and handles payment, applicable transaction taxes and payment-related buyer support. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to that purchase. Signal OS supplies and supports the product.
The pricing page shows GBP, EUR, USD and SGD options for supported billing countries. Checkout confirms the billing country, currency, applicable tax and total before payment. Prices exclude tax unless checkout states otherwise. The confirmed subscription currency also applies to its add-ons and billing adjustments.
A later address change does not automatically change an existing subscription’s currency. Contact billing@signaloshq.com to discuss a reviewed change for a future renewal. Do not rely on an illustrative currency conversion as your charge.

Intelligence Credits and add-ons
Intelligence Credits are noncash, nontransferable service units. The applicable tariff shows the fixed credit charge for an action before it begins. That amount is reserved while work runs, deducted once when a usable result is saved, and released if no usable result is saved. Processing retries do not increase the listed charge.
Included credits are allocated monthly and can roll over up to twice the monthly allocation. Purchased credit packs expire after 12 months. Additional operator seats remain within Focus and Momentum plan limits; Command capacity is agreed in its order. Automatic top-ups require a separate explicit selection when available.
Credit expiry and usage rules do not remove a statutory or agreed refund right. See the refund policy for payment requests.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
A recurring subscription renews at the interval and price disclosed in the accepted checkout or order unless cancelled. Changes affecting a future renewal will be notified before they apply as required by the agreement and applicable law.
Use the billing controls, the link in your Paddle receipt, or billing@signaloshq.com to request cancellation. Paddle buyer support is also available at paddle.net. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period and prevents future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already made. Any different effective date must be confirmed.
Refund requests are considered under our refund policy, the Paddle terms applicable to the purchase, any specific agreement and mandatory law. A refund may end or adjust the access and credits relating to the refunded purchase.
Data, acceptable use and human review
You retain rights in your customer content and authorise processing needed to provide the service. You must have a lawful basis and the permissions needed for uploads, connected data and communications. Our privacy notice and, where incorporated into your agreement, data processing addendum explain the relevant roles.
Do not use the service for unlawful conduct, unauthorised access, spam, harassment, rights infringement or attempts to bypass security or usage controls. Avoid unnecessary sensitive personal data and do not put secrets into research or drafting instructions.
Research and AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate or out of date. Review evidence and proposed actions before relying on them. Signal OS does not promise sales results or replace professional judgement. You are responsible for approving individual outbound messages and other actions that require your authorisation.
Availability, end of service and data return
We will use reasonable care and skill to provide the agreed service. Maintenance, network failures and third-party service changes can affect availability; a specific service-level commitment applies only if agreed in writing.
When access ends, the documented schedule allows read-only export through day 30 and recovery through day 89, with reviewed deletion eligible from day 90. Legal obligations, holds and entitlement checks may affect that process. Ask support promptly for assistance with export or a specific deletion request; do not assume data will remain recoverable indefinitely.
Liability, disputes and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence, or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Any specifically agreed limitations remain subject to those protections.
Contact support@signaloshq.com first so we can investigate a service dispute. These service terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, with the courts of England and Wales having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right to another law or forum. Paddle’s separate buyer terms govern the payment relationship with Paddle.
We may update these terms to reflect service or legal changes. Material changes to an existing subscription will be notified before taking effect; an agreed order and applicable law determine whether further acceptance or a right to cancel is required.
