Refunds and cancellations
How to request help with a Signal OS charge, cancel a renewal or ask for a refund. Purchases through Paddle are also governed by Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy.
Last updated 16 September 2026 · Revision 2026-09-16.v1Who handles the payment
Signal OS is provided by SCIALO CONSULTING LTD. For purchases made through Paddle, Paddle is Merchant of Record and administers payment-related refunds. We help investigate product and billing issues and coordinate with Paddle where appropriate. A specific written agreement and any mandatory legal rights also apply.
Request a refund or report a charge
Contact billing@signaloshq.com with the email used for purchase, the receipt or transaction reference, the charge date and the reason for your request. Do not send a full card number, card security code, password or authentication token.
You can also request help directly from Paddle at paddle.net or follow the support link in your Paddle receipt. Tell us promptly if a charge appears duplicated, unauthorised or incorrect. For a product problem, describe what happened so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
How requests are considered
Payments for subscriptions, renewals and credit packs are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law, provided in a specific written agreement or approved by Paddle in its discretion. Requests are assessed under the Paddle terms applicable to the transaction. Rights concerning faulty or misdescribed products remain unaffected.
Consumers in some countries may have a statutory withdrawal right, subject to the conditions that apply to digital content and services. Business purchases do not automatically receive the same statutory cooling-off rights. Nothing on this page removes a mandatory right or makes it conditional on not having used credits.
Cancellation is separate from a refund
Cancel through your account’s billing controls when available, the link in your Paddle receipt, or by contacting billing@signaloshq.com or Paddle buyer support. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal and leaves the current paid period in place until its end, unless a different effective date is confirmed.
Cancelling does not itself request or approve a refund of a previous payment. Make a refund request separately if that is what you need. The no-card trial does not automatically start a paid subscription.
After a refund is approved
Paddle processes approved refunds through the original payment method where possible. Processing and the date the credit appears depend on Paddle and the payment provider; the confirmation will describe the applicable next steps.
Access, seats or credits associated with the refunded purchase may end or be adjusted. A refund does not itself request deletion of all workspace data. Contact support@signaloshq.com for access or export assistance, and privacy@signaloshq.com for a personal-data request.
