Who needs a paid seat?

Operators use paid seats to set up, run, approve or send work. Unlimited read-only viewers can review research and results without a paid seat, subject to fair use.

Can I keep my existing tools?

Yes. Keep your CRM, marketing and service tools. Signal OS adds market research and helps your team plan its next steps. CRM, mailbox/calendar, Apollo, Lusha and other data-provider licences remain separate and subject to your own accounts and terms. Base Signal OS Intelligence requires no customer API key.

How do connections count?

CSV, HubSpot and Apollo workflows do not consume mailbox or calendar identity capacity. The comparison above lists the connectors and identities included in each plan.

What is included in Command?

Command adds contracted capacity, workflows, routing, reporting and support. Download the Command plan pricing overview (PDF). Final scope and pricing are confirmed in your proposal.
